A SECOND housing development is being proposed for land north of Gribble Lane, Oving.
Architects have submitted a planning application for 11 new affordable houses with associated landscaping on the site of a former mushroom farm.
It comes after a ten-house development for the site was approved in 2008 and completed by Affinity Sutton.
Residents were given the opportunity to view the new plans in January at a drop-in exhibition at The Gribble Inn.
All 11 houses on the site would be social housing with two two-bedroom houses, four three-bedroom houses, four one bedroom flats and one one-bedroom bungalow.
It would have 20 car parking spaces and 17 cycle spaces.
The application, number 13/00992/FUL, will be decided later this year.
