POLICE are warning drivers to take care on the roads in Sussex this morning (Friday, Janaury 27) due to ice.
Several single vehicle collisions have taken place this morning and icy patches on the roads of Sussex have been reported.
A Sussex Police spokesperson said: “We would urge drivers to take extra care on the roads this morning as the roads appear to be icy in some places.
“Even if you do not need to clear ice from your car this morning please be aware that where you are travelling to may be icy.”
