Bognor Town 4 Three Bridges 1
Having started well in the Sussex Cup, Jacob Vandrill opened the scoring for Bognor in the first five minutes by sprinting onto a good ball through from Olly Humphreys on the left.
Three Bridges applied pressure immediately trying to equalise but Stan Robey was solid at right-back letting nothing past, the same as Louis Smith on the left.
The second goal came from Ben Hauxwell releasing Joe Bennett who took on two defenders before slotting the ball home to give them a 2-0 lead at half-time.
Three Bridges were first to score in the second half with some good passing and an unstoppable shot.
Harley Bain dominated at the back, controlling defence and scored Bognor’s third with an unstoppable free kick from 30 yards out.
A good strike from Bennett was palmed out by the goalkeeper and Vandrill pounced for his second and the team’s fourth. The Three Bridges Keeper made some great saves and prevented the score from being more than the final 4-1 at the whistle as Bognor advanced.

Barnham 3 Chichester City 6
On a heavy pitch, Chi took the lead through Alex Ansa following a goalmouth scramble and the ball had been judged to have crossed the line.
Joe Gromett then broke through the defence and played a timely pass to Jonathan Tallent to slot home the second.
However, the sprightly Barnham side were full of running and got one back just before half-time.
After the break, Barnham scored to make it an interesting start to the second half, before a Gromett strike put Chi back in front.
A second goal from Ansa looked to have sealed a certain victory for Chi but an absolute screamer of a long-range goal from Barnham made for an interesting finish with both teams tiring and the score at 4-3.
Chi scored the next goal through Matt Boulton who rose high to bury the ball into the Barnham net.
The game was then firmly put to bed when a free kick from outside the box was set up by Lewis Villanueva.
But to everyone’s surprise it was Adam Richards who stole in and launched the free kick into the corner.
CITY: Holden, Gilbert (Chittock), Barratt, Boulton, Knowles (Richards), Pattison (Villanueva), Tallent, Pope, Ansa, Perry, Gromett.
