A fire has broken out at a thatched property in Bracklesham, near Chichester.
Four fire crews and a water carrier are attending the two-storey building in Bracklesham lane.
West Sussex fire and rescue were alerted to the incident at approximately 5pm this evening.
The fire, at Cliffords Cottage restaurant, is still blazing.
