Proposals for a Westbourne housing development are taking shape, after company Taylor Wimpey have shown interest in a site in the village.
The development proposal will outline plans for 25 new houses with associated roads and parking with access from Foxbury Lane.
A consultation for the proposals will take place tomorrow (September 13) at Westbourne Baptist Church from 3pm to 7pm where the public can attend and talk to developers about the plans.
A Taylor Wimpey spokesman said: “There will be a series of exhibition boards which will show what is being proposed, We will talk about the location of the proposals, access to the site, trees, ecology and drainage.
“We want to get peoples comments and views.”
The full planning application will be submitted to Chichester District Council in October.
