A PLANNING appeal has been put forward to erect a self-build family home in Batchmere near Chichester.
The appeal was submitted against Chichester District Council’s non-determination of planning permission for the works on the land to the rear of Dragon Cottage, Third Avenue.
The appeal is to be decided on the basis of an exchange of written statements by the appellant and the council and a site visit by a DCLG Inspector.
Persons affected by the proposal can send three copies of written representations to The Planning Inspectorate, 3/22 Wing, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN, quoting DCLG Ref No: APP/L3815/A/12/2179399/NWF before September 17.
