A PLANNING application to turn a shop into an Indian takeaway has been approved by the council.
The shop in Orchard Parade, Selsey, will open between the hours of 12pm and 11pm so should not be disruptive to residents.
There were objection letters regarding the plan claiming there was no need for more takeaways in the area, but there were also support letters and Selsey Parish Council backed the application.
Permission was granted to Mr Abdul Akik on July 27.
