Fundraisers are encouraging hikers and bikers to raise money next weekend.
Hike 4 Hospice has raised tens of thousands of pounds since it started in 2007, and is looking to raise more this year.
The two-day hike across Sussex supports four separate hospices across the county, including St Wilfrid’s Hospice in Chichester,
The 43-mile hike begins in Lewes on Saturday, August 18, and finishes at Goodwood Racecourse the next day.
Hikers can go the full distance, or they can tackle individual legs of the race.
This year marks the debut of Bike 4 Hospice, so there will be an alternative route.
