TREVOR Birch has told The News that the CVA for Balram Chainrai’s proposed bid to buy Pompey should be sent out to creditors tomorrow.
The Pompey adminstrator has said that the final preparations are being made and that a meeting would be held later on in the month to allow creditors to vote.
If accepted by Pompey’s creditors, the Company Voluntary Agreement (CVA) would allow Mr Chainrai to regain control of the club and Pompey would then exit administration.
Mr Birch, of PFK, said: ‘We are about to send the CVA out to creditors.
‘The creditors meeting will be held in two weeks time.
‘The creditors will then have a chance to vote on it and we will take it from there.’
